Looking for my father and or relatives. His name is Tam Nguyen He was working in the East-German consulate in Berlin and an aid of the consul in 1963. I think he left 1964-1965 shortly after i was born. Should be easy to find, but embassy's in Germany and USA are not getting back to me:(
