B.C. police seek 2 missing people
Police in British Columbia are working on two separate missing persons cases — that of an elderly Vancouver Island man and another of a 17-year-old chronic runaway.

Mounties say William Fisher, 81, went missing on Friday morning. The Port Hardy resident was last seen leaving the Campbell River Hospital in a white 1995 Chrysler four-door sedan with the B.C. license plate 161 MCK.

A debit card transaction on Fisher's account was made Friday afternoon in Sayward, about 66 kilometres northwest of Campbell River.

Anyone with information on Fisher's whereabouts is asked to contact the Port Hardy RCMP at 250-949-6335.

Teen wanted under Mental Health Act

Meanwhile, Vancouver police are looking for Allanna Tatchell, 17, described as a chronic runaway.


Anyone with information on Allanna Tatchell is asked to call their local police department.

Police say the teen was last seen Nov. 23 walking away from a home in the1700 block of East 63rd Avenue. She is wanted on a Mental Health Act warrant, police say, and may be in need of assistance.

She is described as Caucasian, five feet four inches tall, weighing about 135 pounds with short brown hair.

Tatchell was last seen wearing a black toque, black hooded sweatshirt, black T-shirt, blue pants and white runners. She may have been headed to the Downtown Eastside.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call their local police department.
